NOTE: The Irish U19 Junior Championship was won by John Kennedy (6th year) with a perfect score of 6/6. John has now won the U19 title twice in the same number of years. This is his last year at this level. Cian Fogarty did well in one of his first tournaments by coming 10th out of a field of 39. He performed well above his rating and finished better than a few 1100's and 1300's

Results of Club Blitz on April 11th Irish Junior Chess Read about Alexander Baburin's latest project "Chess Today" and his latest website gmsquare.com The ICU fees for the coming year 2000/2001 will in future be paid through the club so the membership goes up by £10 but it saves on hassle for the players. Once you join the club you join the ICU too.
